I was impressed that the lady there, remembered my wife and I on our second visit. I was extremely impressed with the quality and portion size of their food. The sweet and sour pork has a very nice coating (not all batter) and is actually meat (no fat or grissell). They are very clean and the most important thing was they welcomed me to view their kitchen when I asked. The BEST Chinese Cuisine in the Modesto area...and believe me we have TON of Chinese Restaurants here. If they only delivered to Ceres

Ordered chow mein last week and was happy with the portions that put in a CARTON. Ordered the same house chow mein yesterday and I got got half portions in STYROFOAM "TO GO" plates/boxes. The chop sticks were too thin and the hot mustard was runny.?

I really enjoy going there. Claudia is one of the servers. She is very kind and very respectful of one's time. At first I thought she was the owner because she acts as such - very caring about your entire experience there. The food is great as well.?

I have traveled all throughout California and Imperial Garden's Honey Walnut Prawns are the best tasting in the state of California! It's crispy coating with a slight coating of sause and sesame seeds makes a delicious meal.

I've tried other chinese restaurants but this is the best. They are the friendliest and the service is excellent. Everyone I've recommended this restaurant to agrees. One couple comes from Madera for their anniversary each year. They love it.

I have had many years of experience eating chinsese food daily in Chinatown in SF, but Imperial Garden Restaurant in Modesto is the closest to this fresh experience you can get in the valley. I know until recently I ate out at chinese restuarants 3 to 4 times a week.

I tis hard to find a good Chinese Resturant. I had tried a quite a few and I finally found Imperial Garden. I have using them for years now. I will not eat Chinese food unless itis from Imperial Garden. I am planning to move soon to a remote country location, but I will take the longer trip when in the mood for Chinese. Great delivery driver!!!!

I just moved to this town, I'm a Chinese, I find a lot Chinese restaurants to eat, but no one can like this one, they can make so many Cantonese food, style just like my hometown. I love it.

We moved to Modesto from Toronto 12 years ago and never expected to find any Chinese food to compare with Toronto - well we did with Imperial Garden! We often eat in the restaurant but also use their delivery service and it is always fresh, hot and delicious!

Feel so welcome every time I go there. Their food is always fresh and delicious and their service is just great. They all treat me like a family. I've been eating there once or twice every week for past 3 years and I just love it. Like I said, it's the best Chinese restaurant around.

I love Imperial Garden, they offer many things not listed on the menu that are more traditional than just Chinese American dishes all you need to do is ask.

There are two menus. The one in English has American Chinese food. There is another menu in Chinese that has more Chinese fare. If you can read Chinese, I would recommend the latter. Service was excellent, very friendly and prompt. ...?
