Danggui, a Powerful Blood Tonic
Danggui (Angelica root) is the most highly praised blood tonic used in the East. Though the root is extremely popular with women, men too can use Danggui to build blood.

Spice it up: Star Anise
One of the most distinct flavors in Chinese cuisine comes from the star anise (Illicium verum). The evergreen tree that produces the star anise is native to China and Vietnam. Known as bajiao (eight-horn) in China, the spice, as its name implies, has a similar flavor to anise and is star-shaped.

Luo Han Guo, a Healthy Sweet
Luo Han Guo is a very sweet fruit native to southern China. This amazing fruit is 300 times sweeter than sugar, with virtually zero calories, and has been used as a natural sweetener and a medicinal property in China for nearly a millennium.
